GSCAC Flyer/Event/Posting Request

NOTE: Please use your CHAPTER email address instead of personal email.

This form will be used for Executive Board members to request dates for the calendar and to request events, as well as for publicity and technology for various social media and/or website postings.

Flyers and other documents requiring publicity (internal and external) will be completed by or in collaboration with the Publicity committee. Publicity committee will then provide review, and Chapter President will provide final approval. Upon approval, the chapter must post the flyer, event, advertisement, etc. first. Then individual sorors may SHARE the post on their social media pages (except posts in the private group).

**If an external source (e.g., a business outside of Publicity committee) is used to create materials, there must still be collaboration with Publicity, as well as approval of the final document by the Chapter President, Publicity, and Technology.
